These Website Terms are not intended to alter the terms or conditions of any contractual agreement you may have with WeNova Limited (WeNova), its subsidiaries or affiliates, and to the extent of any conflict, the terms of your contractual agreement will prevail. You accept and agree that previsualisations and showreels will only be available for a limited time as defined in the contractual agreement, following such time they will be removed from the Website and related weblinks will not be functional.
If Artwork and Branding files do not meet the specifications set out in the contractual agreement WeNova will not be held responsible for any loss of quality. Streaming speeds to view content are determined by the speed of your internet connection to the Website.
All rights, including copyright, trade mark and database rights, in the Site and its contents, are either owned by WeNova or licensed to us, or otherwise used as permitted by applicable law. You undertake not to access, download, copy, store in any medium (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify, or show in public any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
You may not use a WeNova or an associates of WeNova’s logo or other proprietary graphic of WeNova to link to the Site without the express written permission of WeNova. Further, you may not frame any WeNova trademark, logo or other proprietary information, including the WeNova Content, without WeNova's express written consent.
